Ordering
- How fast will my item be delivered?
Our articles are shipped with DPD. Orders for the Netherlands will be delivered within 2 working days. Outside the Netherlands it may take 1 to 3 days longer. When an item has a different delivery time, this is always clearly visible in the description.
- Do you also ship packages outside the Netherlands?
Yes we do! Do you live in Belgium, Luxembourg, France or Germany? Then you can simply order with us! Keep in mind that there are additional shipping costs and your package may take longer to arrive. Of course you will always receive a track & trace so you can follow your order.
- What are the shipping costs?
We ship our packages with DPD.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.25 (above €125.00 shipping is free).
Shipping costs for Belgium and Luxembourg are €14.00 (above €150.00 shipping is free).
Shipping costs for Germany are €15.50 (above €150.00 free shipping).
Shipping costs for France are €16.00 (above €150.00 free shipping).
- Can I still change or cancel my order?
This is certainly possible in most cases. Did you order the wrong item, do you want to add or remove something or cancel your entire order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@toycollectibles.nl and we will solve it (if your order has not been shipped yet)!
- I have a question about an item, where can I go?
Of course it may happen that, despite the information on our website, you have questions about a particular item. Our customer service is ready to help you! Ask your question via info@toycollectibles.nl or WhatsApp +31612946162. We will answer your question as soon as possible!
- Was my order successful, because I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have placed an order, but have not received a confirmation email, we always recommend that you first check your junk mail box and spam mail box. Have you really not received anything? Please contact us at info@toycollectibles.nl
Payment
- With which payment methods can I pay in the webshop?
You can pay with us in different ways: IDeal (most chosen), Bankcontact (Belgium), Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Aexpress) and Klarna.
- Can I pay with a gift voucher?
Currently it is not possible to pay with a gift certificate or giftcard.
- Can I pay afterwards?
Yes you can! Your order is easy to pay with Klarna up to 30 days after receipt!
Shipping and delivery
- What delivery options can I choose?
We work with the transporter DPD. This is currently our only delivery option.
- When is shipping free?
Orders above €125.00 (within the Netherlands) will be shipped free of charge.
Orders above €150.00 (to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany or France) will be shipped for free.
- What is the status of my order?
When you have placed an order on toycollectibles.nl you will always receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. Then we quickly go to work to collect and carefully pack your items. When your order is shipped you will always receive an e-mail with track & trace from DPD so you can easily follow your order up to your front door!
- What is the delivery time?
The delivery times below apply once the package is delivered to DPD:
Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is 1 business day
Germany is 1 to 2 working days
France is 2 to 3 working days
- Can I pick up my order?
At the moment this option is not available.
Returns
- I ordered the wrong item, am not satisfied or is something broken?
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, we will always do our best to help you and will always look for a suitable solution. Please contact us at info@toycollectibles.nl or WhatsApp +31612946162.
- Can I always return all items?
Almost all of our items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. The exception to this are items sold at a discount because they have box damage, for example. We will always mention this!
- How do I return my order?
If you wish to return an item, you can download and print the return form via this link Returns | www.toycollectibles.nl. Put the completed form together with the article to be returned in the original box and send it to Toy Collectibles, Burg. Krijgsmangeerde 34, 4942 AW Raamsdonksveer, the Netherlands. Make sure you always have a proof of postage. Once we receive your return we will process it carefully and you will receive your money back within 10 working days.
Attention! Are you returning your entire order? Then the shipping costs will be refunded as well. When returning a part of your order this does not apply. Return costs are always for the customer!
- Do I have to register my return online?
In principle this is not necessary, but it is always advisable to do this in advance to be sure. That way we know that a return package is on its way and we can process it even faster for you. If you do not report it in advance it is no problem. With the return form Returns | www.toycollectibles.nl in the box we always know from whom the return originates and we will process it further with the utmost care.

- How do I create an account?
You do this simply by clicking on the little figure at the top right of the home page. Then click on “create account” and you can register.
- I forgot my password, what now?
Of course it can happen that you forget your password. Don't worry! Just click on the little figure at the top right of the homepage and choose “I forgot my password”. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
